Management of clinical emergencies in day surgery

This course is designed acknowledging that there are significant differences in day surgery settings when compared to in-patient facilities. Whilst many programs discuss ICU and rapid response teams as reinforcement, these resources are often not available for day surgery centres to call upon. 

This workshop has been designed for day surgery nurses and highlights practical strategies for assisting in clinical emergencies.

Certification

Completion of this workshop attracts 7 hours of specialty-specific CPD as required by AHPRA.

The workshop is fully catered and includes all-day tea and coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
