Anne-Elise Barnes, RN, BN (QUT), Grad. Dip (Emerg. & Trauma) (UTAS).
Anne-Elise is an experienced Registered Nurse with clinical expertise across surgical, medical, and critical care settings, including six years in emergency nursing.
This frontline experience in high-acuity environments provides a strong foundation of resuscitation knowledge, and supports Anne-Elise in translating real-world practice into practical, evidence-based education.
Anne-Elise delivers advanced life support training that bridges theory and the realities of bedside care, equipping healthcare professionals with the confidence, competence, and critical thinking skills required to successfully navigate high-stakes clinical situations.
Anne-Elise has a passion for improving resuscitation care, and when she is not teaching with Anaes-Assist, she is a Clinical Nurse Consultant on the Resuscitation Service at one of South-East Queensland's fastest growing public hospitals.
